Simple Morning Routine That Changed My Day.

I've been trying to keep my mornings simple lately –nothing overwhelming, nothing unrealistic. Just a few small habits to help me feel a little more grounded before the day starts. These are complicated, but they've made a bigger difference than I ever even expected.
Move your body
I'm not doing full workouts right now, but even a quick stretch helps wake up my body and my mind. It's less about intensity these days and more about starting the day with a little movement.
2. Make your bed
It sounds simple, but making my bed instantly makes everything feel more put together. It's one small win first thing in the morning. And nothing is better than getting into a clean feeling bed at night.
3. Open the blinds and let the light in
Natural light changes everything. It helps me feel more awake and ships the energy in the space right away.

4. Coffee… but I love to have it outside
This might be my favorite part of my day. Sitting outside, even for a few minutes, slows everything down and give me a moment to just breathe before my day begins.
