The Ultimate Beverly Hills Hotel Pool Party at Home

There’s just something about the Beverly Hills Hotel aesthetic that makes every drink feel fancier. Palm print, pink accents, striped towels, citrus, music, sunshine… honestly it’s the ultimate pool party mood. So when my friend Dana wanted a pool day, I decided to recreate the vibe at home using mostly Amazon finds and a few easy hosting tricks.

I only share products I genuinely love, use, or would recommend for creating beautiful, fun, and approachable gatherings at home. Thank you for supporting my blog and my small business!

1. The Decor

Faux palm leaves in pink + green — instantly made the table feel like the Beverly Hills Hotel without spending florist money.

Pink and green

napkins — the easiest way to make everything feel tropical and pulled together.

Pink scalloped plates and napkins — made the table feel feminine, polished, and way more elevated than regular disposable partyware.

Pink striped awnings — made the whole setup feel like a retro Beverly Hills pool cabana in the best way.

Pink flamingos + palm leaves = basically the easiest way to create a fun old Hollywood poolside vibe.

Green + white striped tablecloth —  gave everything that retro hotel pool vibe while still being practical for a pool party.

Pink striped umbrella — added the perfect old Hollywood cabana vibe while also giving everyone a little shade from the Florida sun.

Vintage striped pool floats — made the pool feel like a retro luxury resort instead of just a backyard party.

Retro palm-inspired sign — tied together all the pink, green, and cabana details perfectly.

2.The Bar

We created a full self-serve spritz station with Aperol Spritzes, Hugo Spritzes, and Limoncello Spritzes so guests could mix whatever matched their poolside mood. Between the fresh citrus, mint, prosecco, striped straws, and acrylic drinkware, the whole setup felt like a boutique hotel bar and doubled as part of the decor. It ended up being one of the most complimented parts of the party and made hosting so much easier since everyone could help themselves while hanging out by the pool.

Spritz Bar sign — tied the whole cocktail station together and made the setup feel extra fun and styled.

Pink acrylic glasses — cute enough to look elevated but safe for poolside.

Ice-chilled condiment caddy — was perfect for the spritz station and kept all of our oranges, lemons, limes, mint, and basil fresh and cold throughout the party.

Acrylic Ice Tub  —  kept everything cold, easy to grab, and pool-party friendly without taking away from the overall look of the setup.

Drink dispensers 2 pack — ended up being one of my favorite party purchases because you can fill the base with ice to keep drinks cold without watering them down.

Silicone Ice Molds — One of my favorite little hosting touches from the party was making floral-inspired frozen fruit cubes for the spritz station.

Straws — We only used the pink and orange striped straws for this party, but getting 200 in one pack was such a good deal for hosting.

Igloo Cooler — Between the retro colors and how well it kept everything cold, this cooler completely fit the Beverly Hills Hotel pool party vibe. Literally my new favorite Amazon Find!

Vinglacé wine bottle chiller — one of my favorite entertaining pieces because it keeps wine and champagne cold for hours while still looking polished sitting out on the table. It felt much prettier than sticking bottles in a bulky cooler and fit perfectly with the elevated poolside aesthetic.

3.Poolside Snack Ideas

  • Tropical fruit tray — one of my favorite ways to make a party feel fresh and colorful. We loaded ours with watermelon, pineapple, berries, oranges, dragon fruit, and fresh mint for that bright resort-style feel.

  • Caprese skewers — easy to grab, refreshing by the pool, and honestly always one of the first things to disappear at any party. The tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil fit perfectly with the whole fresh summer vibe.

  • Hummus cups — such an easy poolside snack because guests can grab their own without dealing with a big communal dip situation. We paired them with veggies and pita chips for an easy light bite.

  • Chips + guacamole — simple but necessary. We served ours with fresh lime, flaky salt, and extra citrus nearby to keep everything feeling fresh and summery.

  • Mini shrimp cocktail — adding seafood instantly made the whole party feel a little more elevated and hotel-inspired while still being easy to serve poolside.

  • Frozen treats — the perfect way to cool off after being out in the sun all afternoon. We mixed in popsicles, frozen fruit, and sweet little grab-and-go desserts that felt fun and nostalgic.
